A Beaufort County local since the ‘80s, Christian has seen the Lowcountry evolve firsthand. He began his career crafting custom homes in Oldfield and has been a licensed builder in the region since 2006, establishing a reputation for uncompromising quality and a hands-on commitment to every project he leads.
As the founder of Magnolia Contractor, Christian now specializes in delivering complex, high-end luxury remodels and new builds across Hilton Head Island and the surrounding areas. His mission is centered on providing reliable craftsmanship with the client at the heart of the process and building with integrity.

After building a career in Virginia that leaned into her background in Economics, Tess returned home to rejoin the family business and pursue her passion for construction and design.
As Project Coordinator, Tess is dedicated to supporting clients through every phase of construction. She ensures the experience is as seamless as possible—from the first administrative details to the final design touches—always keeping the client’s vision at the center of the project.
